For many years Cast Well has been supplying critical parts to the US Army, US Navy, Civil Aviation and other demanding customers. As such, Cast Wells’ Quality Assurance system is periodically audited by these bodies for compliance with their standards.
We are proud to note that not only we have passed all these audits successfully, but we have yet to have one single casting rejected by any of them for failing quality tests.
Our quality assurance starts when you first propose for us to cast a part for you, when we may warn you of pitfalls in the design that will make for a poor quality casting. Then, when we design and construct the tooling that will assure trouble free production of solid castings. Through all our production processes until we put the final product in the box on its way to you. We do visual, instrument, statistical or any other inspection required. But remember, our quality is built in, not put on at the end.
